What services do you provide?
Twelve Two Studios provides comprehensive event media solutions, including conference and event photography and videography, on-site headshot stations, and corporate headshots. Our video production services feature event recaps, interviews, testimonials, brand awareness content, and live event streaming and recording.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. Our team is available to capture events of any size, both domestically and internationally. We love to travel and would be thrilled to join you wherever your event takes place.
Do you charge travel fees?
We keep travel billing simple with a “rate + room” policy. You pay our standard day or hourly rate, plus the hotel rooms for our on-site team. All other travel expenses—including flights, ground transportation, meals, baggage fees, and rental cars—are absorbed by us, so you never have to worry about hidden costs.
Do you offer same-day edits for photos and videos?
Yes, we offer same-day edits for select projects, such as event highlight reels and headshots. Because this service depends on availability and incurs an additional fee, please let us know if you are interested during the initial planning stages.
Do you provide both RAW files and edited deliverables?
Our standard deliverables include fully edited photos and videos. If you require the raw, unedited files, we can provide them for an additional fee to cover file transfer and management.
How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos?
Standard turnaround time for photography is 5 business days, while videography typically takes up to 2 weeks depending on the project’s complexity. If you have a strict deadline, simply let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
